$300 for the first 2 hours.
Optional Surcharges:
$75 for each additional hour.
$25 for each change of location within a venue (such as from an outdoor patio to an indoor banquet hall).
$50 surcharge for outdoor events.
$25 surcharge for downtown events when parking is not provided.
$50 surcharge for difficult locations (for instance choir lofts, boats, and other venues with stairs and no elevator).
